About CamoSwap
CamoSwap is a mini app that runs inside World App and lets verified humans swap tokens on World Chain. It routes quotes through Uniswap liquidity to find the best available price, helps you submit swaps that settle on-chain, applies the fees described below, and shows your balances and swap history reconstructed from public blockchain data.
CamoSwap provides software and a user interface only. It is non-custodial: it does not take custody of your funds or private keys, and it is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, wallet provider, or counterparty to your swaps. All swaps are executed by decentralized smart contracts on World Chain that operate independently of CamoSwap.
Eligibility
To use CamoSwap, you must:
- Be a verified, unique human through World ID and access CamoSwap through World App.
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to use the service lawfully where you are located.
- Not be a person or entity subject to sanctions, or located in a country or region where use of the service or the underlying tokens is prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CamoSwap complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including any tax and reporting obligations.
Non-custodial service and your responsibility
CamoSwap is non-custodial. Your wallet and private keys are controlled by you through World App, and we never hold or have access to them or to your funds. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and your World App account.
- Reviewing the token pair, amounts, price impact, and fees before you confirm any swap.
- All activity carried out through your wallet.
Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a swap is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by CamoSwap.
Fees
CamoSwap fees work as follows:
- First 5 swaps free — Your first five swaps are free of CamoSwap service fees.
- Flat 1% afterwards — After your free swaps, CamoSwap charges a flat 1% service fee on the swap amount, with no hidden spread.
- Network and third-party costs — You are also responsible for World Chain network (gas) fees and any costs applied by the underlying liquidity protocols. Price impact and slippage may also affect the amount you receive.
Quotes are estimates based on real-time data and may change before a swap is executed. We may update fees over time; any change will apply to swaps made after the change takes effect.
Third-party services and tokens
CamoSwap depends on services it does not control, including World App, World Chain, Uniswap, and blockchain infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of these services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The availability of any token in CamoSwap is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of its value, legitimacy, or safety. Tokens — including wrapped and local-currency tokens — carry risk, and you should do your own research before swapping.
Risk disclosure
Using CamoSwap and trading digital assets involves significant risk. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Digital asset prices are highly volatile, and you may lose some or all of the value of your assets.
- Swaps may be affected by price impact, slippage, failed transactions, and non-refundable network fees.
- Smart contracts and blockchain protocols may contain bugs or vulnerabilities, or be exploited, which can result in loss of funds.
- Liquidity is not guaranteed, and a swap may not execute at the expected price or at all.
- Changes in law or regulation may affect your ability to use the service or to hold certain tokens.
CamoSwap does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to make any transaction, and you are solely responsible for your decisions.
No warranties
CamoSwap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that quotes or other information will be accurate, or that the service will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamoSwap and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CamoSwap and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use CamoSwap to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity.
- Launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions.
- Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others.
- Interfere with, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Use bots or automated means to abuse the service, including its fee or free-swap structure.
Intellectual property
The CamoSwap name, logo, interface, and related content are owned by CamoSwap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of CamoSwap — including supported tokens and features — at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or that any token will remain supported.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CamoSwap after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where possible, you agree to try to resolve any dispute with us informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and CamoSwap regarding the service.
